I would like to record our appreciation of how Leamore Contracts, your staff and specialist sub-contractors carried out the construction of our Head Office here in Birmingham.

From ‘cradle to grave’ our project threw up a number of challenges and not surprisingly cost and programme ranked highly amongst areas where concentrated effort would be required.

Over the duration of the contract, you in particular demonstrate a clear understanding of our requirements with any matter being dealt with in a proactive non-confrontational way.

The on-site works were executed safely and efficiently, thus we felt was greatly assisted by the number of directly employed personnel, along with the sub-contractors who you had clearly long term good working relationships with.

As with any construction project, we encountered problems with client variation, design information with everything but the completion date changing!  Even after completing the project, some months later we experienced a problem with a drainage connection.  Typically the area of concern sat directly beneath our Company Secretary’s desk! The rectification was planned and executed without any fuss or inconvenience over a Bank Holiday Weekend.  We left Friday evening and returned Tuesday morning as though you not touched a thing.

So from myself and David, I would like to thank all of the staff who worked on this project for a job well done!! We look forward to working with your organisation again in the future.
